Belinda, known as Billy, is a highly experienced and dedicated support worker specializing in supporting individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other mental health conditions . With extensive knowledge of PTSD triggers, Billy provides trauma-informed, tailored care to create a safe, supportive environment for her participants.
Billy is also experienced in accommodating assistance dogs and ensures that both participants and their animals are transported comfortably and safely in her vehicle. She is committed to empowering participants while delivering compassionate and structured support.
Current Police Check, Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification, and NDIS Module Certifications.

Comprehensive manual handling training to support participants with mobility needs safely.
Ensures safe and comfortable transportation for both participants and their assistance dogs.
Skilled in creating a structured, supportive environment to foster participant independence.
Provides trauma-informed care to individuals with PTSD and other mental health conditions. Supports participants with daily routines, medication adherence, and social engagement. Maintains open communication and respects participant choice to promote independence.
