Holds a Certificate III in Individual Support – Aged Care and Disability, along with qualifications in Health Care Administration and Medical Terminology Level 3, Information Technology Level 3, and Human Resources Management with a major in Leadership Communication.
Developing experience across disability support and aged care, supported by strong practical experience in caregiving, family support, household routines, transport, communication and everyday organisation.
Holds relevant compliance and training for her role, including NDIS Worker Screening, NDIS Induction Module, Quality, Safety and You, Supporting Effective Communication, Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals, First Aid, CPR and basic emergency life support.
Holds a current Australian driver licence and has access to a vehicle, supporting community access and transport assistance where appropriate.
