Assist Lifestyle provides reliable private cleaning, linen hire and Airbnb co-hosting support across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.
Our private cleaning service is designed for people who need practical help to keep their home, short-stay property or living space clean, safe and comfortable.
We can assist with general cleaning only, including regular home cleaning, short-stay property changeovers and basic household cleaning tasks.
Private Cleaning Services
Our private cleaning service may include:
General household cleaning
Vacuuming and mopping
Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
Dusting and surface cleaning
Bedroom and living area cleaning
Airbnb or short-stay changeover cleaning
Please note that this service does not include clinical cleaning, hazardous waste removal, mould treatment, pest control, heavy lifting, gardening or maintenance work.
Funding Options
Private cleaning can be paid for privately.
If you have funding available through NDIS, WorkCover, Support at Home, Home Care Package-style arrangements or another support program, please contact us. We are happy to discuss your needs and help you understand what options may be available. Services must be suitable, agreed in advance and aligned with your funding arrangement where applicable.

Service Day Rate Weekdays, Monday to Friday $70.00 per hour plus GST Saturdays $90.00 per hour plus GST Sundays $120.00 per hour plus GST Public Holidays $135.00 per hour plus GST A two-hour minimum booking applies to cover call-out time and service costs at the applicable rate.

Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee applies for cancellations made with less than 24 business hours’ notice before your booking.

Linen hire is available per set.

Airbnb Co-Hosting Management
We offer stress-free Airbnb co-hosting and short-stay listing management to help property owners save time and maintain a positive guest experience.
Our Airbnb co-hosting management fee is 15% of total booking revenue.
This may include support with guest communication, booking coordination, changeover planning and general listing management, depending on the agreed arrangement.
