She has extensive experience supporting people across disability, housing, community development, social work and complex support environments.

As a Senior Support Worker and Care Coordinator with Assist Lifestyle, she supports participants who require 24/7 assistance in SIL placements and in their own homes. Her role includes supporting daily routines, emotional wellbeing, community access, domestic tasks and care coordination while helping ensure supports remain safe, consistent and aligned with individual goals.

Her previous roles have included senior community development, community centre coordination, engagement and consultation, housing support and frontline social work. Across these roles, she has worked closely with older adults, people with disability, culturally diverse communities, people experiencing homelessness, and individuals with mental health and other complex support needs.

She has also supported people living with acquired brain injury, dementia, alcohol and other drug challenges and social isolation, always maintaining a calm, respectful and strengths-based approach.
