Meet Lilli, an Experienced Support Worker. Lilli is a compassionate, patient and dedicated Support Worker with experience across community access, Supported Independent Living (SIL), accommodation services and home-based support.

She has supported people of different ages and abilities, including participants who require 24/7 support in SIL and their own homes. Her approach is warm, person-centred and focused on building trust, encouraging independence and providing support that reflects each participant’s individual needs, preferences and goals.

Her experience includes personal care, medication support, community participation, participant wellbeing, incident reporting and psychosocial support, including working with people experiencing mental health conditions and complex behaviours.

  • Holds a current driver licence
  • Has access to reliable transport
  • Able to support participants with community access, appointments and transport-related activities

NDIS Compliance:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Meets Assist Lifestyle onboarding and compliance requirements

Professional Experience

She has experience providing 24/7 support within SIL environments, assisting participants with medication administration, insulin management, personal care, meal planning, daily routines, community access, appointments and wellbeing monitoring.

Her work has also included maintaining shift notes, medication records, incident reports and other participant documentation, while supporting consistency and safety across daily routines.

Within community and accommodation services, she has supported participants to take part in cooking classes, yoga programs, social outings, appointments and recreational activities, adapting her approach to different abilities and individual support needs.

She has received positive feedback for her ability to build strong relationships, communicate warmly and provide reliable, individualised support.

 

Personal Attributes

Lilli is friendly, optimistic, nurturing and patient, with a genuine interest in helping people feel comfortable, supported and included. Her Midwifery studies have further strengthened her skills in advocacy, communication, wellbeing and person-centred care. She enjoys getting to know participants as individuals and creating a positive environment where they can build confidence and work towards their goals. She enjoys cooking, baking, beach walks, arts and crafts, and creative activities, which can also provide opportunities for meaningful engagement and shared interests with participants.

Animal-Friendly Support

Comfortable working in homes with pets and assistance animals, Lilli enjoys spending time with animals and has a young Kelpie of her own. She understands the important role animals can play in companionship, wellbeing and daily routines and is comfortable providing support in pet-friendly environments.
