  • Background in housekeeping, laundry and hospitality

NDIS Compliance​

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
  • Current Working with Children Blue Card
  • Meets Assist Lifestyle’s NDIS onboarding and compliance requirements

Transport

  • Holds a current Queensland Open Driver Licence
  • Drives a Toyota Prado
  • Vehicle has comprehensive insurance
  • Able to support participants with community access, appointments, shopping and local activities where appropriate

Professional Experience

Jaime has experience working directly with participants living with psychosocial and intellectual disabilities, autism and ADHD, providing individualised assistance with daily activities, routines, community participation and personal goals.

Her aged care experience has included working in environments supporting older people, including those living with dementia, helping her develop a strong understanding of dignity, communication, hygiene and respectful care.

She also has extensive practical experience in housekeeping and laundry, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas, managing linen and clothing, operating laundry equipment and following infection-control procedures.

Previous hospitality and food service roles have further strengthened her skills in teamwork, organisation, cleaning, customer service and working efficiently in busy environments.

Jaime is compassionate, enthusiastic, dependable and approachable, with a genuine interest in helping people feel comfortable and supported. She takes the time to understand each participant’s preferences and routines and adapts her approach to help create positive and respectful support experiences. She enjoys listening to music, cooking, surfing, walking and spending time with family, offering plenty of opportunities to connect with participants through shared interests.

Animal-Friendly Support

Jaime is comfortable working in homes with pets and assistance animals and understands the positive role animals can play in a participant’s wellbeing and routine. She is happy to assist with basic pet-related routines where appropriate and enjoys working in animal-friendly environments.
