Paul is a caring and dependable support worker who brings warmth, integrity, and life experience to his role at Assist Lifestyle. While new to the disability support industry, he has already demonstrated a deep sense of compassion and a genuine interest in helping others live more independently and meaningfully.

With a strong background in hospitality, construction, and customer service, Paul understands the importance of patience, respect, and adaptability. His experience as a chef in an aged care facility gave him the opportunity to connect with residents—something he enjoyed deeply and that now fuels his dedication to person-centred support.

He believes in building trust with every individual he supports, and he takes time to appreciate each person’s unique personality, interests, and goals. Based on the Sunshine Coast for the past 14 years, he brings a local’s knowledge, a calm presence, and a down-to-earth attitude that clients appreciate.

  • Holds a QLD open driver’s license and has a reliable car with comprehensive insurance.

    • With a strong background in civil construction and landscaping, he understands workplace safety, equipment handling, and the importance of keeping both public and private environments safe and clean.

Paul is known for his trustworthiness, calm presence, and ability to make others feel at ease. He enjoys working with people and takes each day as an opportunity to build genuine connections. Outside of work, Paul values time with his family and friends and appreciates the simple joys of life on the Sunshine Coast. His personal interests include fishing, playing golf, getting up early for a bike ride to the beach, and BBQs with family and friends.
