Raymond known as Ray—is a reliable and compassionate support worker with hands-on experience in providing physical and emotional support to individuals with disabilities. He has worked across both community-based and residential environments, including SIL and respite homes, and is skilled in supporting clients with a wide range of needs—from daily living support to complex behaviours and health procedures.
With a Diploma and Bachelor in Business Administration, Ray combines strong administrative acumen with a passion for improving quality of life. He is currently working with Right Choices and Passion, providing tailored support to NDIS participants throughout Brisbane South and beyond.

Education
Diploma and Bachelor in Business Administration, Certificate III in Individual Support.
NDIS Compliance
NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Current Police Check, Current Blue Card, NDIS Orientation Module, COVID-19 Vaccination (Janssen), First Aid & CPR.
Transport
Holds a valid open driver’s licence and owns a vehicle with comprehensive insurance. Comfortable transporting clients to appointments and community activities.
Skills & Expertise
Complex & Personal Care
Assists with all aspects of personal care including catheter care, bowel management, bladder flushes, experienced in medication administration and manual handling, skilled in managing clients with autism, spina bifida, and challenging behaviours, provides respectful and dignified care in line with best practice and health protocols.
Daily Living & Domestic Support
Supports clients with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and general home maintenance, aids in daily routines and supports independent living, provides support with community access, including social engagement and medical appointments.
Behavioural & Community Support
Skilled in behaviour management and implementing positive behavioural support plans, works collaboratively with team members during case reviews and planning sessions, focused on upholding client dignity, privacy, and autonomy.
