Our highly trained domestic assistance team will help NDIS participants to keep their living space clean and tidy.
We will be assisting with a range of household chores from general cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen as well as making the beds, washing and ironing. We will also help with larger cleaning jobs like decluttering, spring cleaning, window cleaning or bond cleaning.
We provide equipment and cleaning products. Our cleaners are police checked, well presented and friendly.

We provide support for daily life routines like personal hygiene, cooking tailored meals, planning activities and structuring the day. Together we set small goals, layout a plan of daily activities and help participants to be consistent, and most importantly have fun doing so!

We provide transport and assistance for shopping, medical appointments, visiting family and friends, participation in local group activities or community event and assist participants with social activities.
All our support workers have a fully insured car and will make every trip safe and comfortable.
Peer mentoring is a form of mentorship that usually takes place between a person who has lived through a specific experience (peer mentor) and experience (the peer mentee).
We pick our peer mentors for their sensibility, confidence, social skills and reliability. They will help you to build new skills and capabilities and also make you more confident.
Assist Lifestyle’s Support Coordinators will help you to explore and connect to service providers. We will assist you to understand and implement the NDIS-funded supports.
We will connect our participants with the community and other government services they need to make the most out of their life.
Our highly trained Psychosocial Recovery Coaches provide support to people with psychosocial disability.

We offer 1:1 supported Getaways and we can create a holiday package for you. You choose the destination and we will take care of booking, transport, accommodation, meals and support worker.
